Failed AI tasks
When an upstream task is recorded as failed after credits were deducted, the ZShip credit-refund flow is used to restore eligible credits.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription through account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect according to the active payment provider and billing-period status shown during cancellation.
