What Erace processes
Erace processes account or guest-session identifiers, credit usage, uploaded media, task status and provider results needed to deliver the service.
Media processing
Your media is uploaded to ZShip-managed object storage and sent to the configured AI provider for the requested operation. Erace does not claim that files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Deletion
When you delete an Erace task, Erace attempts to remove the task's source and result objects stored under its managed storage prefixes. Provider-side retention may follow the provider's own policy.
Payments
Payment details are handled by the active checkout provider. Erace receives order, subscription and credit-allocation records rather than full card details.
